Return, Credit and Exchange Policy

At Endotherapeutics, we understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. The following terms and conditions apply.

  • All returns must be approved by The Customer Support Manager.
  • If you receive a product which has been sent in error, or which does not comply with its specification, contact Customer Support on 1300 00 3636 (ENDO) or email info@endotx.com.au. You must contact Endotherapeutics and return the affected product within 3 working days of receiving your order.
  • For incorrect shipments at the fault of Endotherapeutics, all expenses will be covered by Endotherapeutics.
  • For all shipments that are returned at the request of a customer, the customer bears the full cost of shipping and handling. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • All products returned must be in their original packaging, unopened, unmarked and in a saleable condition.
  • Where products are damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
  • Credits will only be applied once the product/s have been returned in a re-saleable condition.

Restocking Fee

Customers must organise for the products to be returned to Endotherapeutics within 3 working days, at their own expense. All shipments that are returned at the request of a customer will incur a 20% restocking fee. Products returned for credit must be accompanied by a Returns Form.

A credit will be issued once the stock is returned to Endotherapeutics and the purchase order for the restocking fee has been processed.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered

We cannot refund or exchange products if you simply change your mind. If an incorrect product is ordered, the customer must arrange for the products to be returned to Endotherapeutics within 3 working days, at their own expense. Products must be in original re-saleable condition, be accompanied by a Returns Form, and must not be damaged. In the result that the stock is damaged or not saleable, Endotherapeutics are unable to accept your return. 

Non-Standard Items – Special Orders

Non-standard stock line items that were specifically ordered by Endotherapeutics at the Buyer’s request will not be accepted for credit unless defective at the time of supply.

Online Purchases – Customer Hub, Endermologie ANZ and Endo Personal Care (EPC)

Your satisfaction is important to us, our Returns, Credit and Exchange Policy governs all product purchases made through our online shops. As a consumer, the products we sell come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.  Our Return, Credit and Exchange Policy does not exclude, limit, or replace your legal consumer rights given under the Australian Consumer Law.
